Notification regarding unquoted securities - CG1

Dear Investors,

We are pleased to announce the issuance of 500,000 Convertible Notes and 1,666,667 unlisted options, both with an exercise price of $0.10 and expiring in three years. The Convertible Notes will convert into a total of 5,000,000 shares. The proceeds from this issuance will be used for working capital and further investment in New Carbon Processing, LLC. The terms of these securities have been reviewed and approved by ASX.
