Announcement PDF ASX RELEASE 28 October 2024 Annual General Meeting Withdrawal Of Resolutions Carbonxt Group Ltd (ASX:CG1) (‘‘Carbonxt” or “the Company”) advises that following feedback from the Company’s shareholders, the Board has determined that it is appropriate to withdraw Resolutions 9 13 (Issue of Related Party Options to Directors) referred to in the Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) released to the ASX on 30 September 2024 for consideration at the AGM to be held on 30 October 2024. The withdrawal of Resolutions 9 - 13 will have no material adverse impact on the Company and will not affect the validity of the proxy form provided in connection with the AGM or any proxy already submitted in respect of the remaining items of business. All other items of business included in the Notice of Meeting provided to shareholders will be put to shareholders at the Meeting.
